Psychological and social support for crime victims
Summary
The contract covers psychological and social support for crime victims at victim assistance offices in Huesca, Teruel and Zaragoza in the Autonomous Community of Aragon. It is divided into two lots: Lot I for psychological assistance, including crisis intervention, assessment, treatment, preparation for and support during court proceedings, and referral to other services where needed; and Lot II for social assistance, including coordination and referrals to help secure safe accommodation, urgent medical care and any applicable financial support. Services are provided at the victim’s request by appointment, with flexibility to respond to the victim’s circumstances. Psychological assistance may comprise up to 20 sessions per person, with up to 10 additional sessions in exceptional cases at the professional’s discretion. The contract runs for three years and may be extended by one year. The budget is EUR 318,698.08, exempt from VAT; the estimated value is EUR 430,721.16. The contractor must provide suitably qualified and experienced staff and describe in its offer the service arrangements, methodology, team, continuity and coordination measures. Offers are assessed against multiple award criteria; the qualitative criteria described for each lot are worth up to 40 points.
