Technology modernisation, maintenance and new functionality development for the gvSIG-Roads platform

Summary

The contract is for 12 months of technology modernisation, maintenance and development of new functionality for the Provincial Council of Badajoz’s gvSIG-Roads information platform, used to manage the road network. The work covers the web application, geoportal, desktop tools and mobile application, and includes new modules for projects, road works and 112 incident reports. Maintenance must ensure continuity across all modules, provide technical support and implement changes and fixes, with malfunctions resolved within a maximum of 8 hours. The technology upgrade and new functionality development each have a 4-month delivery period; maintenance runs for 12 months. The estimated value is €90,000 excluding VAT (€108,900 including VAT). The contract is not divided into lots, and price is the sole award criterion.
