Off-road pickup with articulated lifting platform for public lighting and electrical network maintenance

Summary

The contract is for the supply of one new four-wheel-drive off-road pickup fitted with a permanently installed, compliant articulated lifting platform and an electrically insulated basket. The vehicle will support public lighting and low-voltage electrical network maintenance and repair across the member municipalities, including on difficult mountain roads. The supply includes the vehicle and platform, required equipment and markings, registration, approval, documentation, transport and user training. The contract is not divided into lots. The vehicle must be new, drivable with a category B licence and have a maximum authorised mass of 3,500 kg. Minimum requirements include a diesel engine producing at least 120 kW (163 hp) and 360 Nm, selectable 4x4 drive with low-range gearing, and the specified safety and cabin equipment. The platform must reach at least 13.50 m working height, have 7.20 m lateral outreach and a basket capacity of 230 kg. The insulation of the two-person basket must be supported by a 1,000 V test certificate. The maximum budget is EUR 93,076.23 including VAT (net price EUR 76,922.50 plus 21% VAT). Delivery is due within 180 calendar days of contract signature, and the minimum warranty is two years. Award criteria are price (up to 60 points), additional warranty (up to 20 points) and a shorter delivery period (up to 20 points).
