Summary

The Municipality of Guía de Isora is procuring a three-year home telecare service for approximately 30 current users; the estimated number is 32 in year two and 34 in year three. The service includes basic telecare, GMS-based telecare and mobile telecare when needed, covering alarm response, reminders, follow-up calls, self-checks, visits, and the necessary equipment and communications. User and service-unit figures are estimates, and payment is made only for services actually provided. The maximum budget for the initial term is EUR 36,156 excluding IGIC, or EUR 37,240.68 including 3% IGIC. One extension of 12 months is possible, for a total term of up to four years. Bidders must quote unit prices for the three service types, not exceeding EUR 31 for basic service, EUR 32 for GMS service and EUR 16 for mobile service per terminal per month, all excluding IGIC. Price is worth up to 49 points and service improvements at no additional cost up to 51 points. Improvements assessed include additional calls and visits, home assistance, adapted transport, faster service activation and exceptional key collection. Bids must be submitted electronically and include a service organisation and quality-control memorandum of up to 25 pages. Bidders are exempt from proving financial and technical capacity, but must satisfy the registration, legal-capacity, tax and social-security, and bid-compliance requirements.
