Supply of Pressure Washers and Spare Parts in Galicia
Summary
Tragsatec seeks five professional portable pressure washers for use in Galicia, together with compatible spare parts and consumables. The spare-parts order includes 10 each of 25 m and 30 m high-pressure hoses, sprayers and adapters, 50 packs of O-rings, and 10 each of impact nozzles, stainless-steel lances at least 80 cm long, hot-water washing guns and pressure regulators. It also includes 400 litres of degreasing detergent for livestock trucks in containers of no more than 20 litres and 50 litres of system-protection fluid. All spares must be compatible with the offered washers; the supplier is responsible for loading, transport and unloading. The washers must meet the technical minimum requirements in the tender documents, including the ability to wash using two lances simultaneously. The washers and accessories will be delivered in a single order. Delivery is due within five weeks after the order is confirmed, and the contract runs for three months. Three washers are to be delivered to the Tragsatec warehouse in Padrón and two to the Silleda location; all spare parts go to the Padrón warehouse. The washers must have at least a one-year warranty, and technical assistance anywhere in Galicia must be provided within 48 hours when requested. The tender budget is €34,965 excluding VAT and €42,307.65 including 21% VAT. There are no lots or variants, and bids must cover the complete procurement and quote every unit-price item. Zero-total, over-budget and partial bids are not accepted. Price accounts for up to 95 points and an extended washer warranty for up to 5 points: a warranty of up to two years earns 2 points, and up to three years earns 5 points, against the one-year minimum. Bidders must demonstrate annual turnover of at least €52,000 in the best available year from 2023–2025 and at least €25,000 in similar supplies in one year during that period. ROLECE registration is required, or proof of an application submitted by the deadline. The electronically submitted bid must include technical data sheets and a signed compliance declaration and be submitted by 12:00 on 19 October 2026.
