Supply of safes for Guardia Civil units

Summary

The tender is for the supply of secure safes with key locks and digital combination locks for Guardia Civil units. The safes will be used to store weapons, documents and other items requiring secure storage. The contract is a single lot for a minimum of 92 safes in 2027 and 92 in 2028; the maximum unit price is €660 excluding VAT. The budget is €121,440 excluding VAT and €146,942.40 including 21% VAT. The tender must include one safe sample with a technical data sheet and technical references for all items. Samples with unacceptable technical defects will be rejected. Price is worth 70 points, quality 25 points, and a 36-month warranty earns 5 points; the required warranty period is 24 months. The 2027 delivery is due within four months from 1 April 2027, or from the day after contract signature if the contract is signed later. The 2028 delivery is due before 1 April 2028. Goods must be delivered to the central warehouse in Valdemoro; the supplier is responsible for unloading and must give at least one week’s advance notice of each delivery. Tenderers must meet the turnover and experience requirements and comply with the sample, technical compliance and procedure-for-ensuring-the-absence-of-harmful-substances requirements.
