Rental of COFIDES's executive vehicle

Summary

The tender concerns the long-term rental, without a driver, of a new car for COFIDES’s president to use for official representation. The vehicle must meet the specified Skoda Superb plug-in hybrid configuration and have the CERO environmental classification. The contract includes insurance, maintenance and repairs, tyres, roadside assistance, a replacement vehicle, vehicle registration and the other services specified in the tender documents. Fuel, electricity, tolls and parking are excluded. The initial rental period is 36 months, with a single optional 12-month extension at COFIDES’s discretion. The mileage allowance is 30,000 km per year, or 90,000 km for the initial term and 120,000 km if the extension is exercised. The maximum monthly charge is €1,450 excluding VAT; the estimated contract value is €80,040 excluding VAT. The offer must include vehicle and insurance details, prices and a delivery period not exceeding 130 days. Offers are evaluated on the monthly charge (65 points), excess-mileage rate (5), payment to COFIDES for unused kilometres (5) and delivery time (25). The bidder’s annual turnover in its highest-turnover year among the three most recent available financial years must be at least €120,060. The bidder must also prove successful completion of at least three comparable contracts during the preceding three years, each worth at least €56,028. Newly established companies may provide evidence of equivalent technical capability, coordination, quality control and access to a maintenance, assistance and replacement-vehicle network. The bidder must declare that it is not prohibited from contracting, and the successful bidder must provide the required tax and Social Security certificates.
