Coordination, tutoring and vocational training for computer equipment assembly and maintenance

Summary

The contract covers a vocational training programme in Sant Vicenç dels Horts for young people preparing for assistant work in computer equipment assembly and maintenance. It is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers programme coordination, tutoring and general education; Lot 2 covers vocational training in computer and network installation and maintenance, including workplace placements. Bidders may tender for either or both lots, but must offer all services within each lot for which they bid. The contract runs for three years, with an option to extend it by up to one year. The budget for the initial three-year term is €217,881.15 in total, VAT exempt: €166,493.37 for Lot 1 and €51,387.78 for Lot 2. Including the possible extension, the estimated total value is €290,508.20. An offer must not exceed the budget for the relevant lot. The programme comprises 1,000 hours: 650 hours of vocational training, including 200 hours of workplace placement; 315 hours of general education; and 35 hours of tutoring. Services will generally follow the school calendar and be delivered at municipal premises. Lot 1 requires a full-time coordinator and tutor, while Lot 2 requires a technical vocational trainer. Absences must be covered within no more than five working days, and continuity of service must be maintained. Bidders must submit a technical project for the relevant lot and a staff training plan. Evaluation considers the quality and suitability of the technical project, learner guidance and support, coordination and service organisation; for Lot 2, it also assesses cooperation with placement providers. A minimum of 25 out of 49 points is required to pass the technical evaluation. Price is worth up to 45 points, while relevant staff training of up to 15 hours may earn up to 6 additional points. The contractor must coordinate with the municipality, submit an annual programme report for each school year, and comply with the staffing, insurance, data-protection and contract-performance requirements.
