Quality Control Services for Construction of Barcelona’s Emergency Operations Coordination Centre

The tender is for construction quality-control services during the implementation of Barcelona’s new Emergency Operations Coordination Centre in the Llac building, near the three chimneys in the Poble Sec area of the Sants-Montjuïc district. Bids must be submitted electronically by 26 October 2026 at 13:00 and signed with a recognised electronic signature. Offers must remain valid for six months. No provisional guarantee is required; the successful bidder must provide a 5% definitive guarantee before signing the contract and maintain the required liability insurance.
