Works to replace the potable-water distribution main in Gaserans

Summary

The tender concerns replacing approximately 1.7 km of the potable-water distribution main serving Gaserans, in the municipality of Sant Feliu de Buixalleu, between the settlement and the Casa Nova d’en Raminyó junction. The works include adapting the pipeline route and cross-section and installing or renewing the valves, air-release devices and connections to the existing network needed to improve reliability and reduce faults. The works are to be completed within 3 months from the day after the site-setting-out inspection record is signed. The tender budget is EUR 150,773.25 excluding VAT (EUR 182,435.63 including 21% VAT); the offered price must not exceed the budget excluding VAT. Price carries up to 90 points, and an offer assigning an experienced site manager or foreman with similar-work experience can earn up to 10 points. The contract is not divided into lots, and alternative solutions are not permitted.
