Supply of Office and Nursery Furniture and Chairs

Summary

The procurement covers new furniture for the departments and municipal facilities of Sant Andreu de la Barca, including delivery, full assembly and installation. It is divided into three lots: office and communal-use chairs with writing tablets; office furniture, including desks, power channels, storage furniture and lounge furniture; and furniture and play items for municipal nursery schools. The contractor must deliver, install and make items operational, remove packaging and waste, and provide a warranty of at least three years for supplied products. The contract lasts one year, and delivery and installation are due within 15 calendar days of an order. The combined maximum budget for the three lots is €85,331 including VAT. Bidders may tender for all three lots and may be awarded all of them. Evaluation awards up to 70 points for the price reduction, 10 for a shorter delivery time and 20 for an extended warranty. Each bid must include a list identifying the manufacturer, model and reference of every product, together with technical information demonstrating compliance with the minimum specifications.
