Christmas lighting service in Alfafar

Summary

The Municipality of Alfafar is procuring Christmas lighting for an initial one-year term, with up to two one-year extensions. The work covers rental, transport, installation, electrical distribution and control equipment, testing and operation, maintenance and repairs, dismantling and removal. The lights must operate from 8 December 2026 to 7 January 2027; installation must be complete at least 72 hours before they are switched on, and removal must be completed by 12 January 2027. The bid must include a technical dossier with a work schedule, technical sheets and photographs of the lighting items, estimated energy use, and environmental measures. Bidders must demonstrate the required financial and technical capacity: turnover of at least €57,375 and a minimum annual aggregate value of €26,775 for comparable service references. They must also be registered in the required register or qualify under the exception for a registration application submitted before the bid deadline. The tender budget is €38,250 excluding VAT, or €46,282.50 including 21% VAT; the estimated total contract value including possible extensions is €114,750 excluding VAT. Price is worth up to 75 points and the quality of the technical dossier up to 25 points. The successful bidder must provide a final guarantee equal to 5% of its bid price excluding VAT.
