Furniture supply, installation and renovation works at the Conventual de Alcántara guesthouse

Summary

The Extremadura regional government is procuring, in one lot, the supply and installation of new furniture, lighting and equipment, together with associated adaptation and renovation works at the Conventual de Alcántara guesthouse in Cáceres. The works include removing existing furnishings, replacing bathtubs with shower trays, renewing lighting and adapting spaces and finishes across guest rooms and common areas, including reception, dining and lounge spaces, the cloister and the mill building. The contract is to be completed within six months; its estimated value is €1,179,117.65 excluding VAT (€1,426,732.36 including VAT).
