Drainage improvements and pavement rehabilitation on roads CC-437, CC-415 and CC-23.2

Summary

The tender covers drainage improvements and pavement rehabilitation on three roads in Cáceres province: the CC-437 access road from EX-118 to Pico Villuercas; the CC-415 road from the A-5 to Herguijuela via Santa Cruz de la Sierra; and the CC-23.2 road on Avenida de los Emigrantes in Torrecillas de la Tiesa. The works include structural pavement rehabilitation and, on the CC-437, repairing pavement lifted by tree roots, removing the roots and pruning pine trees within the road’s public right-of-way. The project defines the detailed scope. The works are scheduled to take 9 months. The maximum tender budget is €836,000 including VAT (€690,909.09 excluding VAT). The contract is not divided into lots. Price is the main award criterion, worth up to 90 points; extending the warranty can earn up to 10 points. The mandatory warranty is one year and may be extended by up to 24 months. Tenderers must hold the required works classification and demonstrate financial and technical capacity. The contractor must comply with the safety, environmental, waste-management and other requirements in the tender documents.
