Management and control of contractors’ occupational health and safety documentation

Summary

Canal de Isabel II is procuring a cloud-based SaaS service to manage, review, validate and archive occupational health and safety documentation for its contractors and subcontractors. The service includes a web platform, document migration from the existing system, document-status tracking, notifications, reporting and user support. It covers company, contract, worker and machinery records, with a capacity of at least 1,000 companies, 10,000 workers and approximately 135,000–150,000 documents. The contract is not divided into lots and will run for four years, with an optional one-year extension.
