Summary

The tender concerns catalog data for the Federal Procurement House (KdB). Suppliers must electronically provide catalog data for all purchasable products in a standardized XML format (BMEcat 1.2) and, for configurable items, a neutral configuration file. Data must include unique article numbers, short and long descriptions, eCl@ss numbers, ordering and packaging units, content quantity, net price, and sustainability marks (levels 1 or 2). Suppliers must also provide JPEG images of at least 600x600 pixels, and may include additional sustainability marks with an attestable declaration. Contact details for the supplier must be provided, and data delivery is required within 14 calendar days after award to katalogdaten@kdbund.bund.de.
