Implementation of a lottery games management system

Summary

Loteries de Catalunya, SAU is procuring the design, development, implementation and maintenance of an integrated lottery management system, including game configuration, migration of existing data, third-party integrations, testing, training and operational support. The system will serve online and in-person sales and cover current and future lottery games. The contract is not divided into lots and runs from 1 May 2027 to 30 April 2031, with an option to extend for up to one year. The estimated initial budget is €7.5 million excluding VAT; the estimated contract value including the possible extension is €8.5 million excluding VAT.
