Laboratory services for analyses of water intended for human consumption
Summary
ACOSOL is procuring laboratory services to analyse water intended for human consumption across 11 municipalities in Malaga province. The initial term is three years, with the option of two one-year extensions. The analyses include, among others, 240 semi-complete analyses; 300 somatic coliphage analyses at water intakes; 52 microcystin-LR analyses; 700 analyses of the four trihalomethanes; radioactivity checks for 15 surface-water and 15 groundwater samples; 24 analyses of substances on the national watch list; 50 consumer-tap checks; 36 trihalomethane formation-potential analyses; 40 Legionella analyses; and one natural radionuclide study with indicative-dose calculation. The actual number of samples may change according to need. The contract is not divided into lots. Its duration may be up to five years, and the budget is EUR 600,000 excluding VAT and EUR 726,000 including 21% VAT. Price is worth up to 80 points; technical and quality-related award criteria are worth up to 20 points combined. The bidder must be able to perform at least 90% of the analyses itself and meet the accreditation, turnover, experience, net-assets, liability-insurance and resource requirements.
