Support contract for processing extinction of the guaranteed social income expedients

Summary

This tender concerns an external support service to process extinction of the guaranteed social income (RESOGA) expedients. The objective is to review and resolve up to 1,500 suspended expedients, verify continued eligibility and beneficiary obligations, verify payments and overpayments, and prepare a resolution proposal in cooperation with the Economic Benefits Recognition Service.
