Technical specifications of the dynamic acquisition system for the selection of companies for producing publications for the Basque Government Public Publications Service

Summary

This tender concerns the use of a Dynamic Acquisition System (SDA) to select companies for producing and publishing publications and related materials for the Government of the Basque Public Publications Service (SCP). The SDA comprises four categories: Category 1 digital publications design; Category 2 publications in paper or digital printing; Category 3 publications requiring manual finishing; Category 4 printing and duplication on digital media. For each contract, the PPT and category-specific requirements apply. Proposals are submitted in accordance with the PPT and the specific contract requirements.
