Moderation and specialist support for psychological strain assessment focus groups and leadership feedback workshops

Summary

The tender concerns moderation and specialist support for focus groups assessing psychological strain at work, as well as moderation of workshops for leadership feedback. The services will be provided to the Baden-Württemberg tax administration and the state agency responsible for property and construction, including their subordinate offices: 80 organisational units of the tax administration and 15 of the property and construction agency. The procurement is divided into seven lots, with one framework agreement per lot. The submission deadline is 24 September 2026.
