Provision of personnel for emergency response and fire safety

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for emergency medical response, planned first-aid and rescue arrangements, and fire-safety and prevention services during events, public gatherings and institutional celebrations, as well as monitoring municipal premises. Lot 1 covers qualified rescue personnel, rescue equipment and first-aid vehicles; lot 2 covers SSIAP 1, SSIAP 2 and SSIAP 3 fire-safety staff. The agreement will be executed through purchase orders at unit prices, for one year with up to three one-year renewals and a maximum duration of four years. The estimated maximum annual amount is EUR 250,000 excluding VAT. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 23 September 2026 at 10:00. Up to two lots may be submitted for and awarded. No variants are permitted. Electronic signing is not required, although any optional electronic signature must use a qualified certificate. Invoicing is electronic and environmental performance conditions are specified in the specifications.
