Supply of bread and breadcrumbs

Summary

The tender covers the progressive supply to the Hrubieszów prison of 30,000 kg of sliced ordinary bread packed in 150-gram plastic packages and 320 kg of breadcrumbs. The contract will start no earlier than 5 October 2026 and will run for 6 months or until the quantities are exhausted. Deliveries must be made from Monday to Saturday between 8:00 and 13:00 at the bidder’s expense; the contracting authority may reduce the ordered quantity by up to 30%. The bidder must submit an electronic tender in Polish by 18 September 2026 at 9:30 together with the required declarations. The evaluation gives 60% to the gross price, 20% to the payment period and 20% to the complaint-resolution period.
