Annex IV: Personal Data Processing

Summary

This annex describes the processing of personal data in relation to archival services for the subfund of the Economy, Trade and Competitiveness department, covering access, classification, inventory, installation, description, data transfer, and potential data deletion. Data will be processed by contractor staff only for the contracted purposes, in accordance with RGPD and ENS. The contract includes data retention, security measures, and the contractor’s obligations to return or destroy data at the end of the contract. The annex also outlines the handling of subcontracts and the processing of server data under the control of the contracting authority.
