Comprehensive implementation of an information and promotional campaign under the project “Following the Nature and Culture Trail in the Dunajec Valley”

Summary

The tender concerns the comprehensive delivery of an information and promotional campaign presenting the nature and culture of the Dunajec Valley. The work includes four ethnographic films, outdoor photography sessions and an outdoor photo exhibition, a film about the Dunajec Valley and the Polish-Slovak border area, projection mapping, an audio-guide web application with educational games and an e-publication, and graphic and printed materials including calendars, puzzles, bags and information boards. The service must be completed by 29 September 2027. The bidder must prove the required previous experience, submit the tender electronically and provide a PLN 5,000 tender guarantee. The tender submission deadline is 18 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries a 60% weighting; the remaining award criteria concern the bag material, the guarantee period for the audio-guide and web application, and the quality of the films’ final materials.
