Digitization and computerization of archival materials from the county geodetic and cartographic records collection (scanning evidence of changes in EGiB and uploading the resulting documents to EWOPIS)

Summary

The tender concerns the digitization of archival materials from a county geodetic and cartographic records collection, including the scanning of approximately 62,000 A4 and A3 pages and the upload of the resulting electronic documents to EWOPIS. The work covers 87 cadastral areas within 9 administrative units and documents dating from mid-2024 through the latest changes; a small number of larger map formats may also occur. The work must be completed by 30 November 2026. The bidder must provide a works manager with the required experience and at least one document-scanning reference worth at least PLN 40,000.00 gross performed during the last three years. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 18 September 2026 at 14:00. Price is the only award criterion, with a weighting of 100%.
