Summary

The tender concerns the provision of security services for Valsts zemes dienests in eight lots. Lot 1 covers physical guarding and technical security with mobile response in Riga; lots 2–8 cover technical security with mobile response in Gulbene, Valmiera, Madona, Jelgava, Daugavpils, Rēzekne and Liepāja. Bids may be submitted for one, several or all lots, but variants are not permitted. The total maximum contract value is EUR 180,160 excluding VAT, and the submission deadline is 18 September 2026. Services start on 30 November 2026 at 12:00 for lot 1 and on 1 December 2026 for lots 2–8. The contract will be awarded to the compliant bid with the lowest price. The tender must be submitted electronically through the Latvian procurement system, and documents must be in Latvian or accompanied by a Latvian translation.
