Integrated human resources management solution for Correos Telecom, including payroll, time and attendance, and training management

Correos Telecom is procuring an integrated human resources management solution in two lots. Lot I covers payroll preparation and personnel administration, including social security and payroll tax tasks. Lot II covers an employee portal for working-time records, leave and absences, training, HR documents and digital signatures. The time-recording solution must retain records for four years, and the employee portal must include at least 500 digital signatures per year. The solution is sized for approximately 60 employees. The initial contract lasts 36 months from 1 January 2027, with two possible extensions of up to 12 months each. The initial-period ceiling is €30,000 excluding VAT per lot.
