Rental of exhibition stands and production of audiovisual content for Cantabria’s 2027 fairs

Summary

The Regional Cantabrian Tourism Promotion Company (CANTUR) is procuring the rental, transport, installation, dismantling and full servicing of designed stands representing Cantabria at tourism fairs in 2027. Lot 1 covers a 966 m² stand for FITUR in Madrid and adaptations of 64 m² for other fairs, with related equipment, staffing, catering, animation, cleaning and other services. Lot 2 covers the design, filming, production and editing of audiovisual content for the main stand design and, where applicable, its adaptation for the smaller stand model. The total estimated contract budget is €1,104,273.32 including VAT: €1,065,553.32 for Lot 1 and €38,720 for Lot 2.
