Service for implementing and configuring the Microsoft Purview Data Governance platform

Summary

The tender concerns specialized services for configuring, launching and implementing a defined data-governance use case on Microsoft Purview Data Governance. The work includes technical architecture, security configuration, data sources and connectors, cataloguing, roles and permissions, approval workflows, metadata and lineage, data-quality rules, dashboards, validation evidence, documentation, training and knowledge transfer. The indicative platform capacity is up to 825 governed objects, 83 data-quality rules and approximately 8 processing hours per month. The Microsoft 365 licence is already available and must not be priced separately. The contract is for three months with no extension. The service includes a non-billable onboarding phase of up to two weeks, an execution phase of up to three months and a service-return and knowledge-transfer phase of up to two weeks within the execution phase. The work is mainly remote or performed at the contractor's premises, with occasional attendance at Ineco sites in Madrid. The maximum tender budget is EUR 50,000 excluding VAT, or EUR 60,500 including 21% VAT. Price carries 45 points, the anonymous technical solution 10 points and quality criteria 45 points, for a total of 100 points. Bids must be submitted electronically by 30 September 2026 at 00:00 according to the notice.
