External custody and confidential destruction services for backup media

Summary

The tender covers external custody of backup media and certified confidential destruction of obsolete IT media for Les Corts Valencianes. The service includes secure custody of at least 120 LTO tapes, collection and delivery four times a year, a secure on-site container of at least 70 litres, and the irreversible destruction of LTO tapes, hard drives, removable media, optical discs and other electronic media. The initial term is 36 months, with up to two additional 12-month extensions. The estimated value is EUR 15,213.32 excluding VAT and the tender budget is EUR 10,871.73 including VAT. The bid must include the responsible declarations, economic offer, security and facility declaration, relevant references, an emergency response protocol, an ENS adequacy declaration and a commitment to sign the data-processing agreement. Missing or insufficient proof of any mandatory requirement may lead to exclusion.
