Design, development and implementation service for Mutua Intercomarcal’s new corporate website

Summary

The tender covers a turnkey service for the conceptual and visual design, development, content migration, deployment and launch of Mutua Intercomarcal’s new public corporate website, while ensuring compatibility with the existing private portal. Price accounts for 40 of the 100 evaluation points; the remaining points cover the project plan, comparable web portfolio, incident-resolution improvements, additional team experience, Catalan language skills and cybersecurity qualifications. A bidder must demonstrate annual business volume of at least EUR 118,000 in the relevant field and comparable services completed during the last three years with an accumulated value of at least EUR 118,000 excluding taxes. The bidder must provide a five-person team covering project management, UX/UI design, full-stack development, AI agents and systems or DevOps, with the specified qualifications and experience. The offer must include the required declarations, registration evidence, anonymised CVs, a project plan of up to 20 A4 pages, a web portfolio of up to 20 pages, a complete economic offer and the objectively evaluated technical offer.
