Presto software licence updating, maintenance and support service

Summary

The tender covers a 36-month service for updating, maintaining and supporting three permanent Presto software licenses used by the Spanish National Cancer Research Center. The service must provide official manufacturer support, access to new versions, functional improvements, bug fixes and security patches, incident handling, and at least six hours of user training.
