Design, installation, maintenance, dismantling and transport of the Intur 2026 exhibition stand in Valladolid

Summary

The tender covers the design, construction, installation, storage, maintenance, transport and dismantling of a 150 m² exhibition stand representing the Province of Segovia at the INTUR 2026 International Tourism Fair in Valladolid. The fair will take place from 13 to 15 November 2026, and the fully decorated stand must be delivered on 12 November 2026 and completed at least 12 hours before the fair opens. The contractor must provide the stand structure, furniture, counters, bar and kitchen facilities, meeting and presentation areas, audiovisual equipment, lighting, electricity, water, an independent WiFi connection, cleaning, maintenance and logistics. The stand must be accessible to people with disabilities. At least one contractor coordinator must be present during the fair. The contractor must also provide insurance for the exhibition materials and civil liability insurance covering the entire stand. The estimated value is EUR 39,000 excluding VAT, with a 21% VAT amount of EUR 8,190 and a total budget of EUR 47,190 including VAT. Price is the only award criterion and is worth 100 points; the lowest price receives the maximum score and the other offers are scored proportionally. Offers exceeding the maximum budget or applicable unit prices will be rejected. No bid guarantee or final performance guarantee is required. The successful tenderer must provide a recycling plan or responsible declaration within 10 days of contract formalisation.
