CAWI survey on Poles’ knowledge, attitudes, behaviours and experiences regarding short- and long-term saving
Summary
The tender concerns a nationwide quantitative CAWI survey on knowledge, attitudes, behaviours and experiences related to short- and long-term saving. One segment will examine saving and investment preferences and interest in the planned Personal Investment Accounts (OKI); the second will examine retirement saving experiences and preferences among PPK participants and non-participants, including an experimental randomised element. The contractor must consult on the questionnaire, programme and test the survey script, recruit respondents, supervise fieldwork, complete 4,000 verified interviews and deliver two CSV datasets and a technical report. The sample comprises 1,800 interviews in the first segment and 2,200 in the second. The second segment must include employees aged 18–55, with 60% PPK participants and 40% non-participants. Interviews must be fully completed, verified and free of errors and missing data. The contract must be completed within 40 days, with up to 6 working days allowed for questionnaire consultation and preparation of the pilot script. Bids are due by 15 September 2026 at 09:00 and must be submitted electronically in Polish. Award criteria are price (60%), the project manager’s additional experience with randomised CAWI surveys (10%) and the survey implementation time (30%). A performance security of 5% of the total tender price is required.
