The tender concerns the organisation of meetings, seminars, workshops and conferences for the CIDON programme. The contractor must provide event venues where required, technical equipment, organisational support, catering and catering service. For meetings without a venue, the contracting authority provides the venue, while the contractor provides catering, tableware, setup, replenishment and clearing after the event.
