The tender concerns the comprehensive brokerage, organisation and coordination of day trips for users of residential centres, day centres and service centres managed by SUMAR. The successful bidder must identify and contract the necessary suppliers, arrange transport, lunch and the selected visit or activity, make reservations and advance payments, coordinate the trip and handle incidents. Trips do not include overnight stays and will generally take place on working days between 9:00 and 18:00.
