Consulting service for actions under the Escudo digital.es programme

Summary

The tender covers consulting services to strengthen the technological and operational resilience, cybersecurity and regulatory compliance of Spain’s .es domain registry. It is divided into six lots: coordination of the other workstreams, communications network consulting, cybersecurity and cyber-security operations centre modelling, uninterruptible power supply systems, functional design of a command and control centre, and the technological and organisational adaptation arising from NIS2, DSA, CER and other applicable rules. The contractor must produce analyses, technical and legal requirements, risk and cost assessments, implementation plans and the other reports listed in the tender documents. The procedure does not include the physical execution or installation of technical solutions resulting from the consulting work.
