Development and maintenance of commercial applications, communication and innovation

Summary

The tender concerns the development, maintenance, communication and innovation services for Aena’s commercial applications. The contract is not divided into lots, runs for 36 months and includes two 12-month extensions, for a maximum total duration of 60 months. The pre-tax tender budget is EUR 33,760,192 and the estimated total contract value, including extensions and planned modifications, is EUR 57,060,225. The procedure has two stages. A request to participate must be submitted within 7 days of publication of the contract notice. Candidates may be shortlisted on the basis of their capacity, with up to 5 candidates invited to submit a tender; the tender deadline after invitation is 10 days. Tenders must be submitted electronically. The technical evaluation carries up to 100 points, and at least 70 technical points are required before the financial offer is considered. If at least three tenderers pass the technical threshold, an electronic reverse auction may take place, with a minimum bid reduction of EUR 205,000.
