Post-construction cleaning for Gingst Regional School, Phase 1, Lot 16

Summary

The tender covers post-construction cleaning for the first construction phase of Gingst Regional School at Hermann-Matern-Straße 1. The work includes 2,340 m² of epoxy-coated floors (vacuuming or sweeping followed by damp cleaning), 64 doors, 450 m² of glazed surfaces including frames and window sills, 20 mirrors and one rooflight. Sanitary fittings must also be cleaned (30 washbasins and 32 toilets and urinals), as well as 70 m of railings and 150 m of handrails. The scope also includes five hours of construction-worker labour and collection and removal of construction waste: one lockable 3–5 m³ container and two tonnes of non-hazardous mixed construction and demolition waste. Telescopic extensions must be allowed for when cleaning glazing externally. Prices must be included in the bid; price is the only award criterion. The bid must be submitted electronically in German by 2 November 2026 at 10:00 and remain valid until 28 December 2026. The bidder must submit the required suitability declarations and confirmations concerning employment conditions, sanctions and compliance with the ILO core labour standards.
