Energy source conversion – technical building services planning for Lots 1 and 2

Summary

WBM Wohnungsbaugesellschaft Berlin-Mitte mbH, together with WBF and BEWOGE, is procuring technical building services planning for the conversion of gas-fired heating systems to district heating in two planning areas in Berlin. The work covers surveys and room records, planning of building systems and heating substations, hydraulic balancing, structural and electrical improvements, tender specifications, construction supervision, energy certificates and modernisation documentation. Lot 1 covers Planning Area A, with an estimated net cost of EUR 300,000; Lot 2 covers Planning Area B, estimated at EUR 420,000. Only the first service stage for work from 2027 is commissioned initially; later stages may be called off separately.
