Summary

The Max Planck Society is procuring operational, support, project and development services for its central communications and collaboration platforms under two lots: Lot 1 covers VoIP services for around 40 institutes, including the existing Cisco VoIP infrastructure and related communications components; Lot 2 covers video conferencing with telephony functions for around 60 institutes, including Webex and the planned Microsoft Teams solution. The work includes migrations, rollouts and technical development. The estimated net contract volume is €2.154 million for Lot 1 and €1.981 million for Lot 2, with framework agreement ceilings of €2.585 million and €2.377 million respectively. The contract term is 24 to 48 months from 1 January 2027, with an initial transition period of about one month.
