Natural gas supply contract

Summary

UKS-Energie GmbH is procuring natural gas supply for two metered delivery points in the Stadtwerke Homburg network area. The estimated annual contract volume is 120,420 MWh, including an expected additional 2,100 MWh per year; supply is scheduled to start on 1 January 2028 and run until 1 January 2031, with an option to extend for two years, through 1 January 2033. The all-inclusive supply covers gas delivery, network use, metering services and related activities. The contract is awarded as a single lot, with gas procurement arranged in tranches.
