Routine cleaning at the Dortmund Education Centre

Summary

AOK NordWest is seeking routine cleaning services for its education centre in Dortmund, including scheduled cleaning and additional work as required. The site covers approximately 5,026.76 m² over three floors and contains 300 rooms, including 83 hotel rooms. Cleaning must be thorough and unobtrusive. On busy turnover days, hotel rooms may need to be fully cleaned between approximately 08:00 and 11:00, with bed linen and towels changed and beds made. Some rooms or areas require cleaning up to twice daily; additional work and short-notice replacement cleaning may be ordered separately at the offered hourly rate. The contractor must provide suitable and experienced staff, replacements at no extra cost, a permanent foreperson and a site manager with the required qualification. The contractor generally supplies its own cleaning equipment and machinery and must use environmentally friendly products where possible. The WC and sanitary cleaner must be expressly described as disinfecting. Price is the sole award criterion. Offers must be submitted in German through DTVP by 09:00 on 16 October 2026. The contract starts on 1 February 2027, runs for 24 months and may be automatically extended twice by 12 months, up to 31 January 2031.
