Roof waterproofing works for the new office building at the Schnarrenberg entrance, Otfried-Müller-Straße 1

Summary

Universitätsklinikum Tübingen is procuring roofing and waterproofing works for a new four-storey office building at the Schnarrenberg entrance. The works cover the approximately 511 m² flat roof, including waterproofing, tapered insulation, roof drainage, an access hatch and fall-protection railings, as well as an extensive green-roof system and gravel areas. The contract also includes waterproofing small ground-floor slab areas, preparing installation plans, and related maintenance documentation and care.
