Automic Automation for Hybrid Cloud licence and support services

Summary

Kaufmännische Krankenkasse (KKH) is procuring a three-year licence and support arrangement for its existing Automic Automation for Hybrid Cloud installation, from 3 January 2027 to 2 January 2030. The software licence has an execution limit of 600,000 per month and includes year-round, 24/7 product support, with on-call coverage for critical automation outages. The scope also includes up to 30 days per year of on-demand technical and administrative support, troubleshooting, product training and training materials.
