Summary

The contract covers the installation of grey Jura limestone flooring, stairs and seating steps in section 2 of building wing 2 of the Großostheim primary and secondary school, including the connection to the existing wing 4. The work includes preparing substrates, installing stone slabs and stair elements, grouting, installing protective coverings, and initially cleaning and impregnating the stone surfaces. The specified flooring includes approximately 950 m² with slip resistance rating R9 and 48 m² with rating R11. The bidder must plan for phased work while the school continues operating in adjacent rooms. Noisy work must take place during school holidays or outside teaching hours after 13:30. A qualified German-speaking supervisor must be present on site at all times, and the bidder must name the responsible site manager in writing. A work schedule and a site layout plan divided by construction phase must be submitted within 12 working days of contract award. The tender must include a sealed original cost calculation and, for alternative products, evidence of equivalence.
