Secure destruction and disposal of data-sensitive documents

Summary

The procurement covers the collection, secure and irreversible destruction, and compliant disposal of confidential, data-sensitive documents and other data material for offices of the German Federal Employment Agency. It is divided into 11 lots. The contractor must provide the required containers, collect them on an agreed schedule and generally complete individual collection requests within 10 working days. Quantities are estimates and no minimum volume is guaranteed; optional services may be ordered as needed. Service delivery is scheduled to start on 1 February 2027 and run for 48 months. The contractor must submit a waste-management certificate by 31 December each year and provide statistics every quarter. Participation also involves data-protection, confidentiality, employment-conditions and subcontracting obligations; the tender documents contain the detailed scope and other technical requirements.
