Telecommunications infrastructure

Summary

Klinikum St. Marien Amberg is procuring the replacement of its existing telecommunications infrastructure with a new integrated system, including supply, installation and commissioning. The scope includes redundant call and application servers, gateways, session border controllers and SIP connectivity, together with Microsoft Teams and digital/IP phones, unified communications, voicemail and fax, contact-centre and switchboard applications. The contract also covers service and software upgrades for 60 months, training, migration, and system documentation; implementation is planned for 2027, with the usage contract scheduled from July 2027 to June 2032.
