Post-construction cleaning at Gingst Regional School, phase 2, lot 16

Summary

The tender covers post-construction cleaning for lot 16 of phase 2 of the Regional School project in Gingst. The work includes cleaning 1,560 m² of epoxy-coated floors; 40 doors, 380 m² of glass surfaces, 16 mirrors and one rooflight; sanitary fittings (32 washbasins and 20 toilets or urinals); and 50 m of railings and 90 m of handrails. The scope also includes up to 5 hours of hourly work, provision of one lockable 3–5 m³ container, and removal and disposal of 2 tonnes of non-hazardous construction and demolition waste. The bid must price all listed work and waste handling. Price is the sole award criterion, and alternative offers are not allowed. The offer must be submitted electronically in German by 10:00 on 2 November 2026 and must include the required suitability and compliance declarations. Participation also requires, among other things, declarations concerning comparable experience and staff availability over the past three years, with three references to be provided if requested.
